German Iron Cross 1st Class 1914 with early presentation case, silver frame with magnetic iron core, with beautiful patina. marked on reverse bottom “900” along with a Meybauer, Berlin hallmark, with a vertical pin and barrel hinge with wire catch. The presentation is early variaton the exterior is covered in burgundy leatherette, ebossed with a gilded iron cross with a push button catch. The interior of the case has a nice purple velvet base, with a cream coloured lid. The Iron Cross and presentation box has no damage or repairs in good condition.
