Heer Dolch by WKC (Weyersberg, Kirschbaum & Cie.) of Solingen. The blade on this one is nice! The acid etched Knights Head “WKC Solingen” maker mark is perfectly executed. The crossgrain is stunning against the light. The fit is nice and tight. The tip has a bit of a wave bend to it. The blade rates Exc+. The brown leather buffer pad remains intact. The steel based, nickel silver plated scabbard provides nice detail with the random pebbling and leaf and acorn bands. The original throat retaining screw remains intact. There is a dent to the lower obverse. The nickel silver plated tomahawk WKC eagle crossguard provides beautiful details throughout the eagle’s head, wings, wreath, beak and chest. The pommel and ferrule are also beautifully detailed with proud oak leaves and acorns throughout. The chip and crack-free orange trylon grip is in wonderful condition! All matching WKC components. Comes with a worn set of hangers.
