Excellent condition dagger (hewer) for Mannschaften of the Deutsches Rotes Kreuz (DRK). The blade with saw-tooth edge is in very good condition and show crossgraining. It is marked "GES. GESCH." under the nickel-silver crossguard; the obverse of the crossguard shows the DRK logo. The leather scabbard buffer is still present. Bakelitte grips in excellent condition, all screws untouched. The original black paint of the scabbard is still for 100% present. The dagger comes with its original leather frog in very good condition. The leather is still flexible and was marked with a letter "K".
